路缘石滑模施工工法

随着我国高等级公路的飞速发展,全面推行机械化施工,是大势所趋,这对于提高施工质量,加快施工进度有着重要作用。预制法路缘石施工主要是把预制好的路缘石砌在路肩预挖的沟槽中。施工进度慢、工序多、占用场地大,路缘石的整体强度差、线条不顺畅。滑模施工法是采用路缘石滑模机在施工现场将新拌路缘石材料连续现浇.并密实成型.每天可铺筑1500m左右。滑模法铺筑路缘石速度快、所需人工少、不需要预制场地,铺筑的路缘石整体结构强度高、线型顺畅美观,倍受施工单位和业主的青睐。

4 工作原理

根据工作原理的不同,路缘石滑模机主要分为挤压式、振捣式、锤捣式和振动式。
