路缘石施工要点

Key points for construction of curbs

（1）清除施工作业范围内浮料、泥块、草皮等杂质。

(1) remove impurities such as floats, mud and turf in the scope of construction.

（2）按照设计用钢筋装放出内侧边桩线，标志桩采用钢筋桩，桩间距不大于5m。

(2) According to the design, the reinforcing bars are installed and put out of the inner side of the pile line, and the marking piles are made of reinforcing bars. The spacing between the piles is not more than 5m.

（3）在钢筋桩上标示处路缘石顶面标高，然后人工挂线，线直径1-2mm，挠度不大于0.2%。

(3) Mark the top of the roadside stone at the marking place on the reinforcing steel pile, and then hang the line manually. The diameter of the line is 1-2 mm, and the deflection is not more than 0.2%.

（4）开挖路缘石基础时要控制好基底标高，开挖完成后对基底进行夯实。如基底为混凝土垫层，保证浇筑混凝土完成后的标高和平整度。路缘石基础宜与相应的基层同步施工。

If the base is concrete cushion, ensure the elevation and smoothness of the concrete after completion. The curb foundation should be constructed synchronously with the corresponding base.

（5）砂浆采用机械或人工搅拌。

（6）人工按照设计厚度将砂浆均匀地铺在槽底。

（7）安砌时，保证基底座浆应饱满。

（8）人工按照放出的内侧边线，将路缘石安砌在铺好的砂浆上。

（9）通过增减砂浆厚度调整路缘石顶面高程，至略高于设计高程。

(9) adjust the elevation of the top of the curb by slightly increasing the mortar thickness to a little higher than the design height.

（10）用手锤轻震路缘石，使其顶面高程符合设计要求。

(10) use the hand hammer to light the kerb to make the top elevation meet the design requirements.

（11）路缘石安放应牢固，线形顺直，标高正确。

   （12）如需要勾缝，两节间采用设计要求的水泥砂浆灌注并勾缝
